Production and Shipping - Quick Update

Hello Awesome Backers:
My printer informed me that the books are on the ship, and on their way to Seattle. The estimated arrival date at my door is on or around Sept. 22. This all depends on how fast it goes through customs. If this date holds, we are looking at an early October ship date for the majority of the packages as I still have to sign, bag, and board over 500 books, plus arrange for my helper to well, help.
I still plan on sending out the Backerkit surveys after I return from WorldCon in early September. I will post an update when those go out. Those surveys are ready to go and have gotten the sign off from Backerkit.
In the meantime, don't forget that Morgana Pendragon #3 and #4 will go live on Sept. 15. Here's a sneak peek:

Hello Awesome Backers:
I received news today that the books will not be completed until around Aug. 9. :( Which means fulfillment will probably be towards end of September or early October. I'm disappointed, but unfortunately I'm at the printer/shipping/customs mercy right now. However, I still plan on sending out the Backerkit surveys in early September so everyone who is receiving digital rewards will have them by mid-September. The surveys are pretty much ready to go, except for Backerkit's final review.
In the happy news department, the campaign for Morgana Pendragon issues 3 and 4 will launch on Sept. 15. Here is the the cover reveal for issue 3 with art by Rio Burton. (I love her work.)
As usual, I will have EARLY BIRD SPECIALS, so be sure to sign up to be notified of our launch.

Production Update

Hello Awesome Backers:
I'm waiting for confirmation from my printer, but when we spoke last week I was told the production of the books will not be completed until Aug. 3. Add a month for the boat ride and a couple of weeks to clear customs and we're looking at a late September ship date. :( I'm pretty bummed as I had thought production would finish sooner than that, but with vacations and holidays this is where we are at. If anything changes, I will let you know.
I will delay sending surveys until the first week of September after I get back from WorldCon. That way those of you receiving digital rewards will have them before September 15, when I plan on launching the campaign for Morgana 3 and 4. More on that later.
I'm off to San Diego Comic Con next week, so if you are there please drop by our table in Small Press L-03 and say hi.

The Mechanical Arm Bookmarks have arrived!
I'm thrilled at how they turned out. :) If you missed them during the campaign, and you pledged to a physical reward, you will be able to add them on through Backerkit once the surveys come out in early August. I should know more about production/delivery in a couple of weeks.

I officially approved the proof last night for for both the hardback and softback. So, that's done. The printer will keep me posted on production. Once I know, you'll know.
And if I hadn't mentioned it, I will be at San Diego Comic Con, Small Press L-03, WorldCon in Anaheim, CA from August 27-31, and Rose City Comic Con from Sept. 11-13. Please stop by and say hi if you are there.
